June 1 - Sponsorship deadline to be in General Manager’s Office

June 9 - Final program material sent to printer for processing

July 16 - Coaches and Managers report to camp 10:00 AM at Willow Dorm.

July 17 - Players report to camp 10:00 AM.  Willow Dorm check-in.

July 18 - Player Parent’s Day.  Attend a 1:00 PM practice.  Reception on campus after practice in the Seasons Market Place dining room in the MWL complex.  Player and parents to eat off campus Sunday evening for dinner and return by 9:00 P.M..  

July 19 - All-Star Cheerleaders report to camp 12:30 PM Willow Dorm check-in.

July 19 - Pizza party mixer at 8:00 PM for Cheerleaders and Football Players.

July 20 - FOOTBALL & CHEERLEADING CLINIC - Mini Camp Clinic for Hospital Children, football players, cheerleaders  and coaches from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Maple Willow Larch Practice Field.  For more details and application - CLICK HERE.

July 20 - Players, cheerleaders and coaches visit with the staff from the Minneapolis Shriners Hospital at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames from 1:00 - 2:00 PM.

July 20 - Football Players and Cheerleaders to Iowa Cubs Game at Principal Park.  Bus leaves at 4:30 PM.

July 21 - Football Players and Cheerleaders to Za Ga Zig Shrine Center for the Hog Roast from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM

July 22 - Adventureland Park, Altoona – 3:00 to 8:00 P.M..

July 23 - Report to Hilton Coliseum at 5:30 P.M.. Honor Banquet, 6:15 P.M. Hilton Coliseum Ames.

July 24 - Parade 9:30 A.M.  Main Street Ames Route (TBA) 

July 24 - Game: 7 PM Jack Trice Stadium – gates open 5:00 PM.
